Brittany Rodriguez, a lifelong resident of Baytown, TX, is committed to enhancing the community that has always been her home. Her dedication extends beyond professional obligations, aiming to create a better environment for both current residents and future generations, including her own children.

Currently pursuing an Associate Degree in Business Management at Lee College, Brittany brings academic insights to her practical engagements. Since joining the United Way of Greater Baytown Area & Chambers County (UWGBACC) in 2019, she has made significant strides within the organization. Starting as the Disaster Coordinator, Brittany's role has evolved substantially, reflecting her growth and expanding expertise.

As the Programs Coordinator on the Community Engagement Team, she oversees the Clothing for Children Program and supports various service opportunities like Days of Action and other volunteer initiatives. Additionally, Brittany leads the Disaster Recovery Team, coordinating efforts to provide critical support in times of need.

Brittany's local roots and educational pursuits empower her to serve her community effectively, ensuring that every initiative she leads or contributes to is carried out with care and precision.
