Family Services of Greater Houston, a partner agency of United Way of Baytown Area, offers the Ways to Work Car Loan Program which assists hard-working parents with children who are unable to receive a car loan from a bank or credit union due to imperfect or no credit history. The Tax-Aide program, sponsored by the IRS and AARP Foundation, is again providing free federal income tax assistance this year.
